Intake Forms & Billing:
Yes! We do offer Direct billing to a number of Insurance providers including: Blue Cross, Sunlife, GWL/Canada Life, manulife,Greenshield and the Chamber of Commerce.
What to Wear?
Please either wear/ bring athletic clothing that allows you to move. For men shorts and a t-shirt is great. For women, be advised you may be asked to remove your shirt, so please wear an undergarment you are comfortable in(sports bra, bra etc.) and shorts.
The Space:
The space is just off Perrier Road in the Wellness Shop. Follow the driveway to the end. There is no waiting area so please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment or be prepared to wait in your vehicle.
